A family owned and Operated General Contractor

The company was founded by Keith Van Dyke, who is involved in every step of the building and design of the home of your dreams, commercial space, and home remodel.

Keith graduated with a degree in computer-aided drafting and design, has worked for an architectural firm and in the drafting/design engineering field. His construction background started in the commercial construction industry as an estimator and project manager. He extended to the residential field and worked as an estimator, superintendent and project manager, before starting his own company, Riverwoods Construction & Design. 

With over 20 years of education, experience and a passion for building and design, Keith is a very detail oriented and hands-on builder. You will find him on the job site, directing, scheduling, working directly with the subcontractors and doing whatever it takes to make your dream a reality.

Casey Van Dyke

Casey joined our team in June 2019 as a Project Manager and quickly proved himself to be an invaluable asset. From day one, his drive, creativity, and strong work ethic have consistently elevated every project he touches. Even early on in life, Casey showed a natural gift for building, problem solving, and finding innovative ways to bring ideas to life—skills that now shine through in his daily work with clients, sub-contractors, designers, and on-site teams.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Casey ensures that every step of the home-building and remodeling process is smooth, clear, and well-coordinated. He loves watching an empty lot or outdated home transform into something beautiful, and he takes great pride in being part of that journey.

Above all, Casey is driven by client satisfaction. He goes above and beyond to make sure each homeowner feels supported and confident from start to finish. Seeing a client’s excitement at the completion of a project is what fuels him and he works tirelessly to make that experience exceptional for every client he serves.

Cody Van Dyke

Cody has been part of the construction world for nearly a decade, and he brings a steady mix of experience, creativity, and dedication to every project he touches. He joined our team in 2017 as our first Project Manager, and from the start he set a high bar. With a background in design and technical drafting through AutoCAD and Revit, Cody has always had a knack for understanding how ideas turn into real, livable spaces.
 
A few years into his career, Cody moved to Texas to continue growing in the industry with Rausch Coleman Homes. There, he oversaw the construction of up to 15 homes at a time–an experience that sharpened his scheduling, time management, and ability to keep many moving parts working together smoothly. We were thrilled when Cody returned to Utah and rejoined our team. His attention to detail shows up in everything he does, whether he’s coordinating with sub-contractors, fine-tuning a schedule, or jumping in on-site to keep things on track. Cody takes pride in guiding each project from those early planning steps all the way to the final finishing touches.
